1. Pháp điển Luật Thi hành án dân sự (Pháp điển Luật THADS 2025 - Luật số 106/2025/QH15)

Phân hệ Pháp điển Luật THADS giúp Chấp hành viên, Thẩm tra viên, Thư ký thi hành án, Thừa hành viên và công dân tra cứu tức thì toàn văn Luật Thi hành án dân sự số 106/2025/QH15 (gồm 5 Chương, 116 Điều, có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 01/07/2026) được pháp điển hóa đồng bộ cùng các văn bản quy định chi tiết và hướng dẫn thi hành:

• Nghị định số 150/2026/NĐ-CP quy định về tổ chức cán bộ và điều kiện bảo đảm hoạt động của hệ thống thi hành án dân sự.
• Nghị định số 151/2026/NĐ-CP quy định về tổ chức và hoạt động của văn phòng thi hành án dân sự, Thừa hành viên.
• Nghị định số 152/2026/NĐ-CP quy định chi tiết một số điều và biện pháp thi hành Luật Thi hành án dân sự.
• Thông tư số 06/2026/TT-BTP hướng dẫn giao nhận, bảo quản, xử lý vật chứng, tài sản tạm giữ; thủ tục quản lý hành chính, biểu mẫu nghiệp vụ và giải quyết khiếu nại, tố cáo trong thi hành án dân sự.

Phân hệ Tra cứu Xã phường sau sáp nhập cung cấp bảng tra cứu địa danh, địa giới hành chính và đơn vị hành chính cấp xã mới nhất tại 34 tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương (gồm 3.321 xã, phường, đặc khu sau khi sắp xếp từ 10.053 xã/phường/thị trấn cũ theo Nghị quyết 202/2025/QH15), hỗ trợ đối chiếu nhanh tên xã, phường, quận, huyện cũ sang tên xã, phường mới.

Effective Date: October 20, 2026. The AI THADS Digital Ecosystem (https://aithads.com) is a non-profit public-service platform dedicated to legal research, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Code (Pháp điển THADS), judicial administrative document support, and digital transformation, developed by the Youth Union of Civil Judgment Enforcement (Đoàn Thanh niên Thi hành án dân sự).

3.1. Cam kết An toàn & Không Thu thập Dữ liệu Nhạy cảm / Safety Commitment & Zero Sensitive Data Collection

AI THADS operates under strict data minimization and user safety principles. Users can freely browse legal codifications, administrative directories, and public procedures without signing in or providing personal data. We strictly DO NOT collect sensitive personal data, financial data, biometric information, contacts, or background location data, and we deploy zero commercial advertising trackers.

3.2. Dữ liệu Tài khoản Google khi Đăng nhập / Data Collected via Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0)

• Basic Identity Profile (Scopes: openid, email, profile): When you voluntarily sign in with Google, AI THADS receives your email address, display name, public profile picture URL, and Google Account UID solely to authenticate your session.
• Optional Google Drive File Scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file): Requested only when you explicitly choose to export or save a document generated within AI THADS to your personal Google Drive. AI THADS cannot read, list, modify, or delete any other existing files in your Google Drive.

3.3. Mục đích Sử dụng Dữ liệu / How We Use Your Information (Data Usage)

• Authenticating user identity and maintaining a secure Single Sign-On (SSO) session across https://aithads.com and the official AITHADS Chrome Extension.
• Displaying your name and profile avatar in the application navigation bar and verifying role-based permissions for authorized professional tools.
• Executing user-initiated document exports or PDF processing tasks.
• We NEVER sell, rent, trade, or transfer Google user data to third parties, and we NEVER use user data for targeted advertising or training external AI models.

3.4. Tuân thủ Chính sách Dữ liệu Người dùng Dịch vụ API của Google / Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use Disclosure)

AI THADS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Việc AI THADS sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận được từ các API của Google cho bất kỳ ứng dụng nào khác hoàn toàn tuân thủ Chính sách Dữ liệu Người dùng Dịch vụ API của Google, bao gồm đầy đủ các yêu cầu về Sử dụng Giới hạn (Limited Use requirements).

3.5. Lưu trữ, Bảo mật & Quyền Xóa Dữ liệu / Data Storage, Security & Data Deletion

All network traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS, and authentication sessions are secured with digitally signed JWT tokens and HttpOnly cookies. Users can revoke Google OAuth permissions at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or request permanent account and data deletion by contacting our support team at hatinh@moj.gov.vn or calling +84 918 699 997 (processed within 48 business hours).
