Chính sách Quyền riêng tư / Privacy Policy (Google OAuth & API Compliance)

Effective Date: October 20, 2026. The AI THADS Digital Ecosystem (https://aithads.com) is a non-profit public-service platform dedicated to legal research, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Code (Pháp điển THADS), judicial administrative document support, and digital transformation, developed by the Youth Union of Civil Judgment Enforcement (Đoàn Thanh niên Thi hành án dân sự).

1. Cam kết An toàn & Không Thu thập Dữ liệu Nhạy cảm / Safety Commitment & Zero Sensitive Data Collection

AI THADS operates under strict data minimization and user safety principles. Users can freely browse legal codifications, administrative directories, and public procedures without signing in or providing personal data. We strictly DO NOT collect sensitive personal data, financial data, biometric information, contacts, or background location data, and we deploy zero commercial advertising trackers.

2. Dữ liệu Tài khoản Google khi Đăng nhập / Data Collected via Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0)

• Basic Identity Profile (Scopes: openid, email, profile): When you voluntarily sign in with Google, AI THADS receives your email address, display name, public profile picture URL, and Google Account UID solely to authenticate your session.
• Optional Google Drive File Scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file): Requested only when you explicitly choose to export or save a document generated within AI THADS to your personal Google Drive. AI THADS cannot read, list, modify, or delete any other existing files in your Google Drive.

3. Mục đích Sử dụng Dữ liệu / How We Use Your Information (Data Usage)

• Authenticating user identity and maintaining a secure Single Sign-On (SSO) session across https://aithads.com and the official AITHADS Chrome Extension.
• Displaying your name and profile avatar in the application navigation bar and verifying role-based permissions for authorized professional tools.
• Executing user-initiated document exports or PDF processing tasks.
• We NEVER sell, rent, trade, or transfer Google user data to third parties, and we NEVER use user data for targeted advertising or training external AI models.

4. Tuân thủ Chính sách Dữ liệu Người dùng Dịch vụ API của Google / Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use Disclosure)

AI THADS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Việc AI THADS sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận được từ các API của Google cho bất kỳ ứng dụng nào khác hoàn toàn tuân thủ Chính sách Dữ liệu Người dùng Dịch vụ API của Google, bao gồm đầy đủ các yêu cầu về Sử dụng Giới hạn (Limited Use requirements).

5. Lưu trữ, Bảo mật & Quyền Xóa Dữ liệu / Data Storage, Security & Data Deletion

All network traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS, and authentication sessions are secured with digitally signed JWT tokens and HttpOnly cookies. Users can revoke Google OAuth permissions at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or request permanent account and data deletion by contacting our support team at hatinh@moj.gov.vn or calling +84 918 699 997 (processed within 48 business hours).
